What To Do When An Employee Is Injured

An all out effort is being made by Jean Simpson Personnel Services to reduce job related injuries and we need your help. It is extremely important that our temporaries are knowledgeable of YOUR safety policies. Wearing gloves, safety glasses and steel-toed boots, where needed, is imperative. Please advise us immediately if any of our temporary employees do not abide by your safety policies.

INJURY PROCEDURES

Should any injuries occur to our temporaries, please refer to the following procedure:

1) Call our office IMMEDIATELY at (318) 861-2489 and ask for Pat Pool.
2) Take or send temporary to one of the following Willis-Knighton WorkKare Clinics (NOT the Emergency Room).

3) Should injury be after hours and you cannot call, take the temporary immediately to any Willis-Knighton ER.
4) If out of town, take temporary to the nearest medical facility.

We also ask that all of your shift supervisors be notified of the above procedures.

We are able to drug test immediately after an injury and can now offer “Random Drug Testing”. If you have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to call on us.
