Job Safety

Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. is working to reduce Job-related injuries. During orientation, the employee is given a brochure regarding safety and health. They are also asked to sign our Employment and Substance Abuse Policy.

Drug screening is available upon your request at a minimal expense to you. Applicants are drug screened immediately after an injury and we can also implement random drug testing. As you can see, our efforts are directed toward providing you with quality temporaries in a drug-free environment.

Our Risk-Management representative will have current knowledge of your safety policies and personal protective equipment resources (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.). Should any of our employees not abide by your safety policies, please contact us immediately.

Jean Simpson Personnel also offers the service of our video library catalog for safety information for employees. Our representative will also conduct safety inspections to see if the company is complying with OSHA standards and make any recommendations needed, free of charge. To have this done by an independent consultant could cost you hundreds of dollars. Jean Simpson Personnel is very safety conscious and stays on the cutting edge of safety regulations.
