Jean Simpson Personnel provides skilled and unskilled labor for those times when vacations, sick leave or peak workloads leave you short-staffed. It also provides you the option to try before your hire through the temp-to-full time route. We send the most qualified employees available for positions such as warehouse, assembly, general labor, skilled trade (carpenter, electrician, painter), forklift operator, janitorial and many, many more. All applicants are screened and tested and have their references checked. Criminal Background checks and Drug Screening can be done upon request at the client’s expense. We can have our employees on your job site usually same day.

Every Jean Simpson Personnel employee assigned to you is guaranteed four (4) hours. If for any reason the employee proves unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately. He or she will be replaced and you will not be billed. (Rates are supplied upon request.)
