Jean Simpson, founder, started the company in 1974. She still makes Shreveport-Bossier her home and has turned the day-to-day operations over to her daughter, Sandra Braddock. Ms. Braddock has been working in the business since 1977 and is now the President and General Manager.
We have a staff of over thirty (30) with little turnover. The team has a combined total of over two-hundred, sixty-seven years experience in the Personnel Industry.
From the beginning, Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. (JSPS) has served the Ark-La-Tex with the finest quality service available. JSPS is an independent, locally owned and operated corporation in Shreveport, Louisiana and Longview, Texas. As the largest personnel service in the area, Jean Simpson employs over 800 employees weekly. Over thirty (30) staff members perform the operational duties of managing and dispatching the temporary employees to many of the largest companies in the area. Besides Louisiana and Texas, we are licensed in Arkansas and Mississippi to further meet the needs of our regional customers.

Our Shreveport office hours are 7:00a.m. to 5:30p.m and Longview’s office hours are from 7:30a.m. to 5:30p.m Monday through Friday. Our doors are open from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. We do have a message center for other hours and remain on call for 24 hours.
