More and more companies are finding payrolling their employees through Jean Simpson Personnel (PayMaster in Jean Simpson terminology) as a cost-effective method of obtaining workers without the burden of being the employer. PayMaster is just like using the contract labor service we provide except YOU choose the person you wish to work at your facility and we do the rest. We do ask that you provide a complete job description to us and leave the PayMaster employee on our payroll for a minimum of 3 weeks to cover the cost involved in processing this individual. WE are the employer and handle all the taxes, insurance and paperwork.

- Pay Unemployment Tax Insurance
- Comply with Workers’ Compensation Requirements
YOUR responsibility: Find the employee and pay the weekly invoices – That’s it!
As usual, our work week runs Monday through Sunday and employees are paid weekly. PayMaster checks not picked up by 4:00pm on pay day are mailed the same afternoon to the employee’s address unless prior arrangements have been made. Weekly invoices are sent out and due upon receipt.
PayMaster employees are required to fill out an application, appropriate tax forms and all company policy forms as well as pass a drug screen. All PayMaster employees must complete the required paperwork prior to you working them. Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. will not cover anyone in any way without the necessary paperwork.
